The only thing that bothers me a little, as I am a perfectionist, is that I don't want "loose fabric" on the duvet cover, which makes the duvet tend to slide down a little. I don't have a better description, it becomes lighter with too much of the duvet cover at the top, which irritates me a little but it's easy to fix. You have to be prepared for it to BE hot. We live in a very (read: too hot) townhouse with like 24-25C inside which is terrible but we love the duvet anyway but it has had to be from the waist down. I love that there is a little weight in the duvet compared to our previous cool thin duvet. A big plus is that it looks so nice and fluffy when you make the bed. I don't think it's difficult at all to get the down evenly distributed. As recommended, don't shake it so all the fluff goes to the bottom.
